How You Can Give to PDA

Thank you for considering how you can begin to contribute to the mission of Princeton Day Academy through giving.  Your gift will not only benefit God's work through PDA, but it could also result in positive implications for you.  We encourage you to seek tax advice from your financial advisor to receive the full tax benefits possible of your gift.

Cash, Check and Money Order Contributions
Cash, checks and money orders are always accepted and appreciated by PDA.  Checks should be made payable to Princeton Day Academy and mailed to 12138 Central Ave. #468, Bowie, MD 20721.

Gifts of Appreciated Real Estate
Under certain circumstances, Princeton Day Academy may accept gifts of appreciated real estate.  By making a gift of a residence, farm or vacation home, you may avoid capital gains taxes and receive a charitable deduction for the full market value of the property.

Gifts of Retirement Funds
If you are already well positioned for retirement and more interested in tax relief now, this option may allow you to transfer a portion of your IRA fund to Princeton Day Academy and realize positive tax advantages.

Planned Giving
Planned estate gifts are very important to the future growth of Princeton Day Academy.  There are a number of options for creating a planned gift in your estate, including charitable remainder trusts, gift annuity trust, outright bequests and life insurance.  These gifts should be considered within the full framework of your estate and after seeking counsel from your tax advisor.
