PDA's College Center is pleased to share that Lorrine Evans, 2010 has earned a full academic Mathematics Major scholarship - including books, fees and living expenses to Hampton University which has one of the largest endowments of any university in the country. Congratulations to Lorrine and her family.
PDA's Eric McKnight has made it official, signing a National Letter of Intent to continue his studies and play Division 1 basketball at Iowa State University.

This is the second consecutive year that PDA has sent a student-athlete to the prestigious Big 12 Conference.

Last year NPSAA All-American Jon Underwood signed with the University of Missouri where he maintained a 3.1 GPA during his freshman year.
PDA's Cheer Squad, which won the regional championships in Richmond, Virginia moved one step closer to a national title winning the Mid-West Intermediate Varsity
championship downing 275 teams from across the country.

Penn State received over 55,000 applications for the upcoming fall semester - All five PDA students who applied were accepted including Tyia Thompson, Cierra Washington, Joshua Byrd, Sarah Fadairo and Eric Freeman.

Amanda Randolph, 2010 worked with PDA's College Center and earned early acceptance and a scholarship to prestigious Seton Hall University in Orange, New Jersey and St. John's University in Queens, New York where she will study alongside Rhodes, Truman, and Fulbright Scholars.

The PDA College Center is pleased to share that Joshua Byrd, Valedictorian of PDA's Class of 2010 has been accepted to Penn State University's College of Engineering.

PDA's senior class boasts just 15 students and remarkably, Joshua is the 5th member of the Class of 2010 to be accepted to Penn State. Congratulations to his family and to Josh on continuing PDA's 100% college acceptance rate!

The year-long stab at fencing with PDA's lower school Thunder campus culminated in a live fencing exhibition and competition featuring full-dress fenicng gear, foils and one-on-one instruction as with Jayla Allen, 2016, pictured lower right.

The PDA College Center is pleased to share that Sarah Fadairo, 2010 has been accepted to prestigious Penn State University.

A member of PDA's 2009-10 championship Cheer Squad who performs with PDA"s Liturgal Dancers, Sarah was also accepted at University of Maryland Eastern Shore and Virginia Union Uinversity in Richmond.

A powerhouse unit of 15 high-achieving graduates, the Class of 2010 earned scholarships and acceptance to leading schools across the country including Penn State, Seton Hall, Iowa State, St. John's, Spelman, UMBC, Mt. PDA WELCOMES FIRST STUDENT FROM CHINA

PDA's first student from China, Jack Kerui Wang (pictured far right), is all set to start school on September 7th with his new school mates in the Class of 2014.
PDA'S CHASTITY MORRIS ACCEPTED TO FAIRMONT STATE UNIVERSITY

The College Center is pleased to share that Chastity Morris, 2010 has been accepted to Fairmont State University in West Virginia.

Chastity was the captain of PDA's championship Cheer Squad and will be a perfect fit for the Eagles who last year won the NCAA championship in Competitive Cheerleading.

PDA'S RYAN WOODARD AND CHRIS HAMPTON ACCEPTED TO NYACK COLLEGE

The College Center is pleased to share that Ryan Woodard, 2010 and Chris Hampton, 2010 have been accepted to Nyack College in upstate New York. 

Ryan (pictured left) and Chris (pictured middle) both of whom starred for PDA's championship boys basketball team have earned full athletic scholarships and will join Former Stormer Jamaur Jackson (pictured right) with the Warriors who are just one year removed from the Christian University's National Championship game.

PDA'S ERIC FREEMAN WINS SCHOLARSHIP TO ST. JOHN'S UNIVERSITY

The College Center is pleased to share that Eric Freeman, 2010 has been accepted to the prestigious Peter J. Tobin College of Business at St. John's University in Queens, New York.

Eric's outstanding high school career resulted in him receiving the annual Academic Achievement Award from St. Johns' Scholarship Committee.

PDA WINS BACK-TO-BACK SUMMER LEAGUE BASKETBALL CHAMPIONSHIPS
Congratulations to PDA's boys basketball team on winning consecutive summer league titles, downing Gaithersburg in the championship game of the Columbia Ravens league in Ellicott City, Maryland and unbeaten Maret in the title game of the More Than Basketball League in Rockville, Maryland.
